Applicability
- All orders and transactions made or processed in respect of this product are subject to, and shall constitute acceptance of and agreement to, the Global Sources Direct Terms & Conditions, as amended and/or supplemented by these Additional Terms & Conditions.

No Return Policy

Product Availability
- We do not process orders for this product to mainland China shipping or billing addresses.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Additional Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed in all respects by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and/or such other courts of competent jurisdiction as we may in our sole and absolute discretion deem fit.
Payment
- In order for us to offer the everyday low prices on these cell phones, we need to minimize our cost. That's why we can only accept Bank Transfer as the payment method.
